Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant is vital to the success of Sunglass Hut! The Sales Consultant will spend all time on the sales floor exemplifying the Sunglass Hut Experience and performing Store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
   -Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives.
   -Achieve/exceed individual sales plan
       -Create emotional connections
       -Leverage tools to identify all areas of opportunity
       -Be a partner to the Store Manager to maximize sales potential
People and Culture

Customer Experience:
   -Deliver the Sunglass Hut Experience
   -100% of time on sales floor

   -Know product knowledge and stay current on new merchandise and fashion trends
   -Become a master of the Sunglass Hut Experience
Retail Excellence:
   -Expert in all aspects of Store operations
   -Detail-oriented
   -Critical thinker
   -Execute visual standards
   -Complete store merchandising
   -Perform inventory control activities
   -Follow all policies and procedures to maintain brand standards, including promotions, contests and incentives
Qualifications:
   -Education: High school diploma, or equivalent
   -Experience: Customer service and/or retail experience is preferred.
